4.2. The prices displayed do not include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal, unless stated otherwise.
4.3. Old Era reserves the right to modify prices and product descriptions without prior notice.
5. Purchase Process
5.1. To complete a purchase, the user must follow the steps indicated on the website, from selecting products to confirming payment.
5.2. After completing the order, the user will receive a confirmation email with the purchase details.
5.3. If the product is unavailable after completing the purchase, the user will be notified and entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
6. Payments
6.1. Old Era offers the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit card.
- PayPal.
- MBWay.
- Multibanco.
- Other methods as available on the website.
6.2. Payments are processed through secure platforms. Old Era is not responsible for errors or issues related to third-party payment systems.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1. Old Era ships to Portugal (islands), Spain, and the European Union.
7.2. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the purchase process.
7.4. The minimum estimated delivery time, considering shipping time, is 2 business days.
7.5. The maximum estimated delivery time, considering shipping time, is 7 business days.
7.6. Shipping fees will be presented before confirming the order.
7.7. From the order to shipment, Old Era takes an average of 2 business days to process the order, which is not included in the delivery time.
7.8. Old Era is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, or customs.
8. Return and Exchange Policy (if exchanges are applicable)
8.1. The user has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable legislation.
8.2. To exercise the right to return, the user must contact Old Era via email ...., providing the order details.
8.3. Return conditions: The product must be returned in the same condition it was received, with intact labels, in the packaging it was sent in, and without additional signs of use.
8.4. After receiving and verifying the returned products, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
8.6. We do not accept returns or exchanges on our Mystery Boxes and Resell Boxes, even if the item does not fit or does not match the consumer's preference. By purchasing a mystery or resell box, the consumer acknowledges that the items are randomly selected and may not match their preference.
8.7. Old Era only covers return shipping costs for products delivered within Portuguese and Spanish territories, including Madeira and Azores regions. For other regions, the user/buyer must arrange and pay for the return.
8.8. Return shipping costs will only be covered when the item meets the requirements outlined in the Return Policy.
8.9. Exchanges:
To request an exchange for another size or model, the user must follow the same procedure described for returns.
9. Warranties and Defective Products
9.1. Old Era ensures that all products sold are in accordance with the descriptions provided.
9.2. If a product has undisclosed defects, the user may request:
- Repair or replacement, when applicable.
- Full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
9.3. To do so, the user must contact customer support and provide evidence of the defect, such as photographs or detailed descriptions.
