Questions Before the Sale

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), MB Way, PayPal.

All payments are processed securely.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code and a link to track the delivery status.

You can also check the status of your order directly in your account on our website.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, it takes 3-7 business days for domestic deliveries.

For deliveries outside the country (Portugal), the delivery time may vary. Please see our Shipping Policy page for more details.

Once an order is confirmed and processed, no changes can be made. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to fulfill your order, but we cannot guarantee that this will be possible before shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and damaged packaging.

We will investigate the situation and take necessary steps to resolve the issue.

We sell vintage clothing. The pieces are carefully selected and evaluated for quality.
