Old Era is an online platform for purchasing used clothing and accessories.

These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the user in relation to the use of our website.

By using our website , the user agrees to comply with the Terms and Conditions described below.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Registration and User Account

3.1. To make purchases on the website , you will need to create an account, providing personal information such as: name, email , address and telephone number,... (others)

3.2. The user is responsible for:

• Keep your login details confidential.
• Immediately notify Old Era of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3. Old Era reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms and Conditions or display suspicious activity.

4. Products and Prices

4.1. All products available on the website are for sale.

4.2. The prices shown do not include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal, unless otherwise indicated.

4.3. Old Era reserves the right to modify prices and product descriptions without prior notice.

5.Purchase Process

5.1. To complete a purchase, the user must follow the steps indicated on the website , from product selection to payment confirmation.

5.2. After completing the order, the user will receive a confirmation email with the purchase details.

5.3. If the product is not available after the purchase is completed, the user will be notified and will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

6. Payments

6.1. Old Era offers the following payment methods:

• Credit/debit card.
• PayPal.
• MBWay.
• ATM.

Other methods as made available on the website.

6.2. Payments are processed through secure platforms. Old Era is not responsible for errors or problems related to third party payment systems.

7. Shipping and Deliveries

7.1. Old Era ships to Portugal, Spain and the European Union.....

7.2. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of purchase. Old Era takes an average of two days to process each order until it is shipped.

7.3. Shipping rates will be displayed before order confirmation.

7.4. Between the order and the shipment, Old Era takes, on average, two days to process the order, this time not being counted for delivery purposes.

7.5. Old Era is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions or customs. (in principle there will be none, unless it is to the United Kingdom or certain Eastern European countries)

8. Returns and Exchanges Policy (if exchanges are possible)

8.1. The user has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without the need for justification, in accordance with applicable legislation.

8.2. To exercise the right of return, the user must contact Old Era via email ...., providing the details of the order.

8.3. Conditions for return: The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received, with intact labels, in the packaging in which it was sent and without additional signs of use.

8.4. After receiving and checking the returned products, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days, using the same payment method as the initial purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

8.6. We do not accept returns or exchanges on our Mystery Boxes and Resell Boxes, even if the item does not fit or does not match the consumer's preference. When purchasing a mystery box and resell box, the consumer is aware that the items are chosen randomly and may not match their preference.

8.7. Old Era only guarantees and assumes costs for returns of products delivered within Portuguese territory, including the regions of Madeira and the Azores. Outside of this territory, the user/buyer will have to arrange and pay for the return.

8.8. Return costs will only be covered when the item to be returned meets the requirements set out in the Return Policies.

8.9. Exchanges:

To request an exchange of a product for another size or model, the user must follow the same procedure described for returns.

9. Warranties and Defective Products

9.1. Old Era ensures that all products sold comply with the descriptions presented.

9.2. If the product presents defects not described, the user may request:

• Repair or replacement, where applicable.
• Full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

9.3. To do this, the user must contact customer service and provide evidence of the defect, such as photographs or detailed descriptions.

10.1. All content available on the website , including texts, images, logos, graphics and software , is the exclusive property of Old Era or third party licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

10.2. Reproduction, distribution, modification or any use of the content without prior written authorization from Old Era is prohibited.
