Return policy

The user has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without the need for justification, in accordance with applicable legislation.

To exercise the right of return, the user must contact Old Era via e-mail ...., providing the order details.

Return conditions: The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received, with intact labels, in the packaging in which it was sent and without additional signs of use.

After receiving and checking the returned products, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days, using the same payment method as the initial purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on our Mystery Boxes and Resell Boxes, even if the item does not fit or does not match the consumer's preference. When purchasing a mystery box and resell box, the consumer is aware that the items are chosen randomly and may not match their preference.

Old Era only guarantees and assumes costs for returns of products delivered within Portuguese territory, including the regions of Madeira and the Azores. Outside of this territory, the user/buyer will have to arrange and pay for the return.

Return costs will only be covered when the item to be returned meets the requirements set out in the Return Policies.

Exchanges:

To request an exchange of a product for another size or model, the user must follow the same procedure described for returns.
